Since my first time in Crete, I knew I wanted to spend more time there. The people, the food, the beaches- it’s all amazing. My husband, Jeff, has family near Heraklion, Crete and we have been back several times and traveled all around the island. A few years ago- we decided to see if we could make a life there. While we started to make our plans friends asked that we make a way to follow along. So as I take Greek lessons and we try to find a flight that will allow dogs in the cabin (details to come on that), an apartment, and make a new life – follow us and see the adventure as it unfolds. There’s going to be stress and tears but you’ve seen some of our pics, can you blame us for trying? I hope you enjoy following along and whether we know you or not, you will join us in Crete and use some of what we have learned and make a trip yourselves- you won’t regret it!
